More valley rain and mountain snow midweek!

TUCSON - Clouds increase this afternoon with a chance for rain late. Scattered valley rain tomorrow with high elevation snow!

  • Today: Becoming mostly cloudy during the afternoon with a chance for rain late (20%). High: 73°
  • Tonight: Isolated showers and cool (20%). Low: 53°
  • Tomorrow: Isolated rain in the morning turning scattered, especially in the evening, with high elevation snow (50%). High: 71°

Clouds increase this afternoon ahead of the next system that will bring rain and high elevation snow tomorrow. We're could see some isolated showers as early as tonight.

The system that moves through tomorrow will bring scattered rain at times in valley locations and high elevation snow above 7,000 feet. We could pick up between 0.10" to 0.25" of rain and about 6" of snow. This system exits early Thursday but will leave us with more seasonable temperatures, with highs only warming into the mid 60s.

We'll remain dry Friday as we'll be between systems. Another system could to impact us this weekend! More details to come as we get closer.
