Happy Retirement: TPD K9 Evo sniffs out crime, enjoys ‘puppicino’ on final shift

TUCSON – After nearly eight years of catching bad guys and sniffing out crime, one of Tucson Police Department’s officers is hanging up his badge.
On Friday, Tucson Police Department announced the retirement of longtime K9 officer, Evo on Tucson Police K9’s social media accounts.
“Evo has enjoyed a great career. He has been in the unit longer than any other Handler,” the department said on a Facebook post. “Despite being an older dog, he has been our most reliable dog, and the one called in to find the worst of the bad guys.”
