Railroad crossing repairs cause traffic delays in Marana

TUCSON – The arm of a railroad crossing in Marana has been repaired after it was damaged during a hit-and-run collision, Marana Police Department reported Friday afternoon.

According to MPD, the railroad affected is located at Cortaro Road and the UPRR tracks.

Motorists are advised to expect long delays when traveling in the area.

Despite the repairs being complete, MPD said motorists should still expect delays when traveling in the area.
