TUCSON (KVOA) - The University of Arizona state-run vaccination pod is expanding its hours.
Starting Monday, the university pod will be open Monday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
This comes as the university says it continues to see a decline in the number of new cases on campus.
University President Robert Robbins said although weather has impacted vaccine supply, he's optimistic things will turn around.
"I'm confident in the next week or so that we'll see about a 20% increase in the allocation coming to the state because there's going to be increase productivity," Robbins said.
Robbins says the community must remain vigilant.
