- 6 tomato’s
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 cans of tomato pure
- Chicken stock ( 4 cups ) can be veggie stock as well
- 1 cilantro bunch
- 2 poblanos
- 2 cans of mexican crema ( Mexican crema can be find in any Mexican grocery store )
- 1 table spoon of spoon of each garlic powder pepper salt and oregano
Directions: Mix all of the pinto bean ingredients and cook. Once they are cooked, add in a separate pot Guajillo Peppers sautéed in oil with the beans. Blend together and they are ready to go.
