Farmers rescue newborn calf found frozen in winter storm

SPOKANE, Washington – A newborn calf was left frozen by a winter storm in Spokane, Washington.

‘Oreo’ was found covered in snow and ice, but farmers brought the little guy indoors to thaw him out. To help him heal, they had to rub a towel on him in the same way his mother would have licked him.

The calf wasn’t the only to be affected by the winter storm. Ten other calves were also hit by the brutal storm.

‘Oreo’ is expected to be okay.
