El Tour de Tucson in need of volunteers

TUCSON – El Tour de Tucson is in need of volunteers for one of the biggest bicycling events.

The main event, now in its 37th year, takes place Nov. 23 at Banner – University Medicine. Volunteers are also needed at the 3-Day Festival and Expo to help with a number of different tasks.

There are over 20 ways you can volunteer with this event.

Hundreds of cyclists have been coming to the event since it began as a pre-thanksgiving tradition in 1983. It’s one of the largest cycling events in U.S. and is Arizona’s longest-running bicycle event.
