TUCSON — U.S. Rep. Raúl M. Grijalva of Arizona’s third congressional district is accepting applications for the Congressional Youth Advisory Council, his office announced Wednesday.
YAC offers young adults, between ages 15 and 20 who have an outstanding opportunity to gain beneficial knowledge of our government, can expand ideas and converse about the diverse matters that are significant to, and have an impact on our communities at a local, national and global level.
“Our district is full of young individuals who each day make a difference in our community and strive for a better tomorrow,” said Grijalva. “I am happy to launch our Youth Advisory Council to engage with a diverse group of leaders who seek to learn, collaborate and provide feedback on the policies that impact their lives.”
