Homes struck by bullets during late-night party on west side, TPD says

TUCSON – Tucson Police Department is investigating shots fired after some nearby residences were struck by bullets during a party at a home near Speedway Boulevard and Greasewood Road.

According to TPD, officers responded to a home near the 1200 block of North Chamberlain Place at 3:30 a.m. Thursday after several shots were fired during a loud party at the residence.

TPD said despite bullets hitting several nearby homes, no injuries were reported in the incident.

The suspect(s) wanted for discharging a firearm were not identified or located.

However, the owners of the house in question were cited for unruly gathering and red tag.
