White was killed Nov. 29 in a shooting near Glenn Street and Oracle Road. Authorities say the deputy U.S. marshal was serving an arrest warrant in the area.
He had been with the U.S. Marshals Service since 2015 and was a lieutenant colonel in the Air Force Reserve. He was scheduled to leave for a deployment this week.
The Illinois native is survived by a wife and four children.
