U of A researcher looking at ways to heal bones with 3D printing

TUCSON- A University of Arizona researcher is looking at the best ways to heal shattered bones.

Dr. John A. Szivek is working with a five year, $2 million grant from the U.S. Department of Defense, to study how to heal shattered bones, using a combination of 3D printing, and adult stem cells.
