Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona receives $5K donation

TUCSON – The Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona has received a $5,000 donation.

Larry H. Miller Dealerships presented a check to the diaper bank Tuesday.

Diapers and incontinence supplies can cost $100 a month, an expense many families cannot afford.

The Diaper Bank says the average child or adult uses an average of 6 – 10 diapers a day. “There are millions needed every year. We provide about 1 million every year, so the need is vast,” said Dan Moxley, Executive Director of the Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona.
