First Boeing 777 now at Pima Air and Space Museum

First Boeing 777
This is the first Boeing 777 ever built arriving to the Pima Air and Space Museum.

The first ever built Boeing 777 has joined the other famous planes in the Pima Air and Space Museum.

The plane landed at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, after travelling 14 hours from Hong Kong.

The Boeing 777 was donated by Boeing and Cathay Pacific.

The plane was built in 1994, but was not used until 2000.

It was used as a prototype and test plane for a number of years.

Boeing and Cathay Pacific retired the plane on June 1st, 2018.
