TUCSON (KVOA) - The Pima County Health Department is revealing how many complaints it has received about businesses not following mask and safety measures.
According to the county, from September 25th to October 1st, they received 55 mask related complaints. 11 of those required a visit from a county official and three of the establishments were determined to be out of compliance.
For restaurants, attractions and pools for hotels and fitness centers, the county received 19 complaints. Nine of those were resolved through phone calls and emails, five of the establishments needed an on-site visit from a county official, but none resulted in a third violation.
