Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

TUCSON - Pima Animal Care Center announced that this is a busy time of the year for cases involving animals getting hit by cars on their Facebook page on Tuesday afternoon.

PACC has had three cases of animals getting hit already and they say they aren't even halfway through the season.

PACC received five cats and 57 dogs hit by cars around this time last year and the year before they had 77 cases where dogs were hit by cars.

The animal care center needs help making space.

All pets that have been involved in car-related incidents are available to foster, pre-adopt (foster to adopt), or adopt.

You can stop by the shelter or email PACC.foster@pima.gov to help.
