Hospital school supply drive helps patients at Banner Children’s
TUCSON- Banner Children’s Hospital kicked off its hospital school supply drive Monday, with the partnership from Hughes Federal Credit Union.
The hospital school program at Diamond Children’s Medical Center helps bring the classroom to patients so they can keep up with their studies.
“The supplies are for all our kids, whether they are inpatient or are in the clinic, to make sure they have everything they need to go back to school in their own community or in our inpatient hospital school,” said Chief Nursing Officer Cathy Townsend.
