UA President Robbins & entire campus mourn loss of George Kalil

TUCSON – George Kalil, long-time University of Arizona basketball fan, donor and beloved community member, has died at the age of 81. Below, you’ll find a statement from University of Arizona President Robert C. Robbins on the death of Kalil:

Dr. Robert C. Robbins said: “George was a tireless supporter of the University of Arizona and Arizona Athletics. We will miss his remarkable enthusiasm for our teams and for our students. My thoughts are with his family, friends and the entire Wildcat nation as we mourn this loss.”
