More than 5,000 fentanyl pills seized by authorities Sunday
TUCSON – U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials say a Tucson-based crew was involved in surveillance operation that led to authorities seizing more than 5,000 fentanyl pills on Sunday.
Officials made the announcement in a Twitter post.
A Tucson-based #AMO C-206 crew, partnered with federal and state authorities to arrest a suspect carrying 5,000 fentanyl pills, amongst other illegal narcotics and a handgun. pic.twitter.com/HIk91kpPi8

The Tucson based crew partnered with federal and state authorities to arrest the suspect carrying the pills.
Officials say they also seized a handgun and other illegal narcotics along with the pills.
