TUCSON – Coach Sean Miller and the Arizona Wildcats were hoping their losing streak (all road games) would come to an end.
However, the Pac-12’s unbeaten, 1st place team Washington, pulled away from Arizona in the 2nd half to beat the Cats 67-60.
Arizona turned the ball over 20 times, while Washington recorded 9 steals.
Here’s more as-seen-on Thursday night’s News 4 Tucson sportscast:
For the first time in the Sean Miller era, the Wildcats have lost four games in a row.
Five players for Washington scored in double figures.
Justin Coleman led the Wildcats with 16 points.
