Updated list: So. AZ high school players signing letters of intent to play in college

TUCSON –  Dozens of Tucson-area and Southern AZ teens are seeing their dreams of playing college ball come through.  It’s National Signing Day.  Here’s a list and a breakdown of some of the local from Pima, Santa Cruz and Cochise County signing to play at the next level:

Walker Beach Volleyball Club will sign their NLI papers.

-Alex Parkhurst, Salpointe H.S. signing with University of Arizona Beach Volleyball
-Madison Sundholm, Salpointe H.S. signing with University of Cal Berkeley Beach Volleyball
-Claire Dunn, Salpointe H.S. signing with Abilene Christian University Beach Volleyball

Here are the guys that are signing letter of intent or letter of commitment from the back-to-back Nogales High School baseball team:

The Arizona soccer program received seven National Letters of Intent on Wednesday, Nov. 14th . These future Wildcats will add skill to an excelling squad and will continue to build a legacy.

Mariah Dunn is coming to Arizona from Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. She spent her club years playing for the SoCal Blues SC u18/u19 ECNL.

Madison Goerlinger is coming to Arizona out of Orange, Calif. She played for the LAFC Slammers FC ECNL in her club years.

Sabrina Hillyer is coming to Arizona from Katy, Texas. She played for the Albion Hurricanes FC ECNL club team.

 

Hope Hisey is joining the team from Tucson, Ariz. She played for FC Tucson in her club years.

Sophie Jones is coming to Arizona from Upland, Calif. She played for the Slammers FC ECNL in her time with club soccer.

Taeya Schueppert is joining the team from Highland Ranch, Calif. She played on the Real Colorado Development Academy club team who are the defending National Champions.

Molly Shannon is coming to Arizona from Cincinnati, Ohio. She played for the Ohio Elite Soccer Academy ECNL in her club years.
