  • 2 Potatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Onion
  • 8 oz Diced Ham or thick cut bologna
  • 1 cup of diced pickles
  • 1 cup of diced carrots
  • 8 oz Mayo
  • Salt to taste


Boil potatoes, eggs and ham in a big pot (Russians like to boil things). Mix diced onions, pickles, carrots in a bowl. Slice boiled potatoes and eggs into cubes. Pour in cubed potatoes and eggs. Pour in boiled ham. Add mayo and mix. Add salt to taste
