News 4 Tucson's David Kelly makes Barbecue Pork.

Ingredients:

• Boston Butt or Pork Roast

• Garlic Salt and Pepper

• 1 bottle of Original Open Pit 

• 1 bottle of KC Masterpiece

Directions: Heavily season roast. Bake in shallow dish for 2-2:30 hours at 300 degrees. When done slice and mix with sauces. Cook for an additional 20-30 minutes
