Anchored in Tradition: Bourbon and honey glazed carrots

Here's how to make Priscilla's bourbon and honey glazed carrots!


4-5 large carrots

2 tbs olive oil

3 tbs bourbon

1 small lemon

1 tbs of raw honey

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary



Preheat oven to 400° F.

Wash carrots well and peel.

Chop up carrots into sticks and put them into a mixing bowl.

Mix together your olive oil, bourbon, lemon juice and honey.

Add bourbon mixture to carrots and toss together.

Put carrots on baking sheet and lay flat.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and rosemary.

Roast for 20 minutes.
