News 4 Cooks: Cream Liqueur French Toast

Ingredients:

Bailey’s Irish Cream 1/3 cup to each egg.

Butter to grease pan.

Bread, One slice to each 1/3 cup of Bailey’s and egg.

Cinnamon to taste

Preparation:

Mix egg(s) with 1/3 cup Bailey’s in large bowl.

Soak one slice of bread till damp.

Place soaked bread in a pre-heated, hot and buttered skillet.

Cooked till edges are dry, and flip.

Cook about three minutes then flip.

If it looks cooked, remove, if not flip and cook till done.

Remove from pan and pour a small amount of Bailey’s and sprinkle with Cinnamon.

P.S. Any Cream liqueur will do.

Eat. Then go to “The Arizona Renaissance Festival.
