News 4 Tucson cooks make Buffalo Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

3 cups brussel sprouts halved

¼ cup mild buffalo sauce

¼ cup crumbled bleu cheese

¼ cup toasted pepitas Bleu cheese dipping sauce Salt

Pepper to taste Green Onion for garnish

Preparation Instructions:

Slice brussel sprouts in half, mix with olive oil, salt and pepper. Lay brussel sprouts on baking sheet and roast in oven on 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and heat brussel sprouts with buffalo sauce in sauté pan. Place sprouts on plate and top with crumbled bleu cheese, pepitas, green onions and serve with bleu cheese dipping sauce.
