Gourmet Girls Gluten-Free Cinnamon Bun Cake

9 ounces baking mix

1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1T cinnamon

3/4 teaspoons salt

1/2 c butter

1 1/2 c sugar

3 eggs

2 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 1/4 c yogurt

Beat butter on high for 1 min. Add sugar and continue beating about 5 min. stopping occasionally to scrape down bowl. Reduce to med speed add the eggs one at a time and beat for 1 min. add vanilla. Reduce the speed to low and add the flour mixture in 3 additions, alternating with the yogurt and beginning and ending with the flour. Beat each addition until just incorporated, scraping down occasionally. Divide batter into 1 pan and bake at 350 for 40-45 min. Let cake cool in pan for 15 min. Tap the pan gently and invert on the wire rack and let cool completely.
