Double Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger with a Fried Egg. Grilled Chicken Avocado Club.
Ingredients for dish (must be specific, no “secret ingredients”):
Double Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger with Fried Egg: Two certified angus beef patties, classic bun, two slices of swiss cheese, crimini mushrooms, fried egg, and truffle mayo.
Grilled Chicken Avocado Club: All-natural chicken breast, multigrain bun, mayo, 1 ½ slices of applewood smoked bacon, 4 slices of fresh avocado, lettuce, roma tomatoes, and ranch dressing.
Double Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger with Fried Egg:
Sear the Certified Angus Beef patties on a buttered 375 degree flat grill. Place a slice of swiss cheese on each burger immediately after flipping. Saute crimini mushrooms and place on top of the cheese. Fry the egg and place on top of the mushrooms. Remove burgers from grill when they have reached an internal temperature of 155 degrees. Tilt burgers to drain excess grease and place on the classic bun. Put burgers on the bottom slice of a classic bun. The top side of the classic bun has truffle mayo. Enjoy!
Grilled Chicken Avocado Club:
Place the all-natural chicken breast on a buttered 375 degree flat grill. Cook the applewood smoked bacon on the same flat grill. Place the cooked bacon on top of the chicken breast. Remove the chicken breast from the grill when it has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Put the grilled chicken breast on the bottom slice of a multi-grain bun and top with ranch dressing. The top side of the multi-grain bun has mayo, lettuce, Roma tomatoes, and avocado slices. Enjoy!
