Dish: Gourmet Girls Gluten Free Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 3 C Certified Gluten Free Oats 
  • ¾ C Dried Cranberries 
  • 3 T Brown Sugar 
  • 6 C Milk 
  • 1 ½ Applesauce 
  • ¾ t Almond Extract 
  • 3 T Almond Meal

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Yogurt
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 T Honey
  • ½ Cup Cranberries

Instructions: Blend together in large bowl and divide equally between 8 well greased 4 inch round cake pans. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes, rotate and bake 25 minutes longer. May be eaten fresh from the oven or frozen for later enjoyment. Blend all together and add milk to achieve desired consistency.
