Ingredients for dish:

  • Prime tenderloin beef
  • “True Love” honey
  • bleu cheese

Preparation Instructions:

4 oz. prime tenderloin, cut into ½ inch cubes, pan seared until medium rare (approximately 2 minutes); plate the tenderloin and drizzle 1 tablespoon of the “True Love” honey, and crumble ¼ cup of bleu cheese over top of the dish
