Gourmet Girls: Fun with Thanksgiving leftovers
½ cup flour
½ c butter
1 tsp coarse ground pepper
½ tsp salt
4 cups turkey broth
Melt butter in sauce pan, stir in flour and cook, stirring until golden brown. Slowly whisk in broth, add
seasonings and simmer until thickened.
Place leftover stuffing in waffle iron, spreading to cover and cook until desired crispness.
Top with leftover turkey and gravy. Add eggs if desired!
