Ingredients for dish:
2-3 5oz Chicken Strips
1 tbsp Buttermilk
1 cup A.D. Flour
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1. Whisk eggs and buttermilk in bowl
2. Blend spices and flour in separate bowl
3. Place chicken in flour, then egg mix, then back in flour
4. Fry for 6 minutes
For extra moist chicken, marinate for 24 hours before cooking.
