News 4 Tucson Cooks: Fried Chicken Strips

Monday on News 4 Tucson Cooks, Chefs Chelsy Blatt and Micah Blatt from the Drunken Chicken made Fried Chicken Strips.

Ingredients for dish:
2-3 5oz Chicken Strips
3 Eggs
1 tbsp Buttermilk
1 cup A.D. Flour
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Granulated Garlic

Preparation Instructions:
1. Whisk eggs and buttermilk in bowl
2. Blend spices and flour in separate bowl
3. Place chicken in flour, then egg mix, then back in flour
4. Fry for 6 minutes

For extra moist chicken, marinate for 24 hours before cooking.
