The next stop on our hiking list is Madera Canyon’s Vault Mine Loop.
This spot is a 6.2 mile moderately trafficked loop located near green valley.
The trail features beautiful scenery and is great for bird watching.
If you’re looking for a workout, this trail also has an elevation gain of over 2000 feet.
The trek may be rugged and steep at times, so you may want to take a hiking stick with you. This trail is rated moderate in difficulty.
Added bonus? Dogs are also able to use this trail. Just make sure they are kept on a leash.
