Arizona Bowl sued for breach of contract

The Nova Home Loans Arizona Bowl is being sued by the Arizona Sports Entertainment Commission claiming a breach of contract. An eight-page complaint states the nonprofit failed to pay a $100,000 to the Arizona Sports and Entertainment Commission after not renewing their contract.
