Prisoner of War and Tucson native, now laid to rest

Sergeant Cread Shuey was lad to rest at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery.Thursday, flags flew at half staff, taps were played and the community gathered to honor a soldier who was unknown for decades.

Man sought for pawning stolen jewelry

TPD posted on Twitter Thursday that they are asking the public’s help in identifying a man who pawned thousands of dollars worth of jewelry.

Donations needed for troops in care package drive

To help remind the members of the U.S. Armed Forces how much the community cares for them, Arizona Transportation Builders Association is holding a care package drive throughout the month of June at a variety of different locations across the state.

Small fire reported at PCC West Campus

According to PCC officials, the blaze occurred in the West Campus C-Building, damaging an air conditioner on the second floor. Authorities say no other major damage was reported in the incident.
